This Cookie Policy explains how ClanConsulting Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies on KineticLaunch (launch.kineticbrain.ai) and KineticPrompt (kineticprompt.lovable.app). Read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Under the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) as implemented in Bulgarian law, certain cookies require your consent before they can be set.

2.3 Analytics Cookies
We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies. We do NOT use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and request consent.
3. Cookie Consent
When you first visit, a cookie consent banner lets you:
- Accept all cookies — enables all categories
- Accept necessary only — only strictly necessary cookies
- Manage preferences — choose categories individually
Change your preferences anytime via “Cookie Settings” in the footer. We do not use pre-ticked boxes or implied consent. Refusing non-essential cookies does not affect core functionality.
4. Local Storage
Our Services may use browser local storage for caching UI state, temporary authentication tokens, and preventing data loss. These are subject to the same consent rules as cookies where not strictly necessary.
5. Third-Party Cookies
We minimise third-party cookies. Currently only Supabase authentication cookies are used. “Open in Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini” links in KineticPrompt direct you to third-party sites with their own cookie policies.
6. Browser Controls
You can also manage cookies via your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Services from functioning. More info: aboutcookies.org
7. Changes
We will update this policy when cookies change. Material updates communicated via an updated consent banner.
