Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all services operated by ClanConsulting Ltd., including KineticLaunch, KineticPrompt, KineticCopy, KineticPM, and KineticTrade. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

We want the Kinetic platform to be a productive, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Illegal and Dangerous Activity (Zero Tolerance)

The following result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning or refund:

• Creating prompts, strategies, or content related to weapons, explosives, chemical/biological agents, or materials intended to cause physical harm
• Planning, promoting, or facilitating terrorism, extremism, or radicalisation
• Any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM) or grooming
• Human trafficking, slavery, or forced labour
• Laundering money or financing terrorism
• Identity theft, phishing, or fraud targeting individuals

2.2 Harmful Content

• Content that incites violence against specific individuals or groups
• Doxxing — publishing private personal information to endanger someone
• Targeted harassment campaigns
• Content designed to deceive or defraud (fake reviews, impersonation, harmful deepfakes)

What we don't restrict: We are a business tool, not a moral authority. We do not police legal-but-controversial industries. If your business operates legally in your jurisdiction (e.g., adult entertainment, cannabis, alcohol, gambling, political campaigning), you may use our Services for legitimate business purposes in those verticals.

2.3 Intellectual Property Violation

You may not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets, or systematically reproduce copyrighted material.

2.4 System Abuse

You may not attempt unauthorised access; introduce malware; overload or disrupt the Services; circumvent usage limits; use automated tools without consent; or probe system vulnerabilities.

2.5 Competitive Misuse

You may not use the Services to develop a competing product, reverse-engineer our AI methodologies, or systematically export AI outputs for a competing service. See Terms of Service Section 6.2.

2.6 Spam and Abuse

No spam, no multiple accounts to evade restrictions, no impersonation, no misrepresenting affiliations.

3. Content Standards

Content must not contain personal data of third parties without consent, sensitive personal data without lawful basis, credentials belonging to others, or material violating confidentiality obligations.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity to authorities. For Section 2.1 violations (weapons, terrorism, CSAM), we will report to relevant law enforcement as required by EU and Bulgarian law.

6. Changes

Material changes communicated via email or in-product notice.
